Brian J. Papke was named President at the Mazak Corporation in 1989. Papke has provided continuous growth and improvement to the Mazak Corporation with 3 core business strategies, including, lean production on demand, optimum plus customer support, and a unique network of a technology centers across North America anchored by the technology center located in Florence, Kentucky. Prior to his appointment as President, Papke served as an executive vice president and vice president of sales and marketing.
The Mazak Corporation is the North American manufacturing, sales and support arm of the international machine tool builder, Yamazaki Mazak Corporation, headquartered in Oguchi, Japan. Mazak produces machine tools and systems for the precision machining of metal parts, including CNC turning centers, horizontal and vertical machining center, multi-tasking machining centers and software solutions to help precision machining manufacturers achieve lean, efficient manufacturing operations.
