Paul Williamson, author of “Winning The Energy Wars: A Sustainable Energy Plan for America’s Future”, has identified the obstacles to energy planning, reviewed out domestic energy resources and infrastructure, and created a bold plan to sustain the supply for our energy needs.  The book, addesses our energy needs and focuses on the changes that need to take place to move from a finite, carbon-based energy to an energy source that will meet our needs for energy indefinably.
